Faustina Brooks, CPA CGMA

Faustina is an executive level Finance & Accounting professional with senior management leadership experience from multiple industries in diverse areas of Accounting & Finance. She has over 25 years of experience in Accounting, Finance & Treasury.

Faustina is a proud graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has worked in numerous lead roles in Accounting & Finance in diverse industries and is an active Licensed CPA in the states of Illinois & Georgia. She also holds a CGMA (Chartered Global Managerial Accountant) designation.

​Faustina has also been blessed to serve as an Adjunct Professor in Accounting and has done several motivational engagements to encourage others to pursue the field of Accounting.

 Thyrsa M. Gravely - Chair

Thyrsa M. Gravely is a seasoned strategic management and implementation professional with a hybrid combination of consulting, operations, as well as program and project management experience.

Thyrsa is an independent consultant who assists companies with business operations, strategic initiatives and project management. Previously, she led the Sales Support Operations team at E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services and served in roles with Deloitte’s IT Services Operations which included relationship management, strategy, operations and process improvement.Before Deloitte, she was Pro Business Operations Manager at The Home Depot. One of her many accomplishments in this position was the design and roll-out of a loyalty program and website which generated $1 billion in sales.

In her volunteer work, Thyrsa serves on the board of advisors of Synchronicity Theatre. She has also served on the boards of local chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., Black Data Processing Associates and National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), as well as led committees of IT Senior Management Forum (ITSMF). Her accolades include Member of the Year of the Metro New York Chapter or NBMBAA, ITSMF Management Associate of the Year and a finalist for Suzi Bass Awards’ Volunteer of the Year.

​Thyrsa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.

Sylvia D. Williams, PHR, CPP

A native of Boston, MA, Sylvia relocated to Atlanta, GA, in 1989 after completing college with a degree in accounting. Sylvia is currently a seasoned payroll and human resources professional, holding two highly regarded certifications in both industries: PHR and CPP. Sylvia currently works for a real estate development company in Atlanta. Sylvia is also the owner and operator of TripleAAA Consulting Services, which specializes in concessions fundraising for nonprofit organizations.

Sylvia began her volunteer journey during her service on the hospitality committee at her home church in Boston. She served at the Long Island Shelter for women and men as a food server. Sylvia continued her volunteer and hospitality journey in Georgia by serving in various capacities at the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Hands on Atlanta, United Way, Atlanta Union Mission, Open Hands Atlanta, and currently for Levy Restaurants and Events (Mercedes Benz Stadium and the University of Alabama).

In her spare time, Sylvia enjoys cooking, is an avid sports fan (primarily the Patriots), is an avid sports enthusiast, and enjoys spending time at the beach or in the mountains. Sylvia also enjoys spending quality time with family, especially with her 1-year-old granddaughter.

Annette Warmann is an Agile Transformation Coach and Change Management Agent working across the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.

Annette holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Consumer Product Management plus several professional qualifications.

Over the last 2 decades, her organisational and administrative skills have seen her rise to leadership positions as she has voluntarily served in a number of charities.

Annette is a creative who loves to spend her free time traveling, painting, writing or exploring nature. She has a passion for people and growing healthy relationships as is seen in her annual family and class reunions.
